The general public can now access the application form for the Ghana Gas Scholarship Scheme.
The Ghana Gas Scholarship Scheme contained all the information an applicant needs to submit an application for a scholarship under the Scheme in the widely publicized application form.
Requirements
You must be a Ghanaian and must have either Ghana Card, Voters ID Card or Birth Certificate for verification
You must have gained admission to a Public University in Ghana and must have admission letter
You must be a first year student from the institution
Preference will be given to students studying (STEM), Science, Technical Engineering and Mathematics
You must not be above age 35 at the the time of application
You must fill the application form with two passport sized photo
How to apply for the scholarship
The application form comprises six (6) parts, numbered PART A, B, C, D, E, and F.
PART A: APPLICANT’S BACKGROUND DATA
The applicant’s background and biographical information are requested in Part A of the application form.
PART B: THE APPLICANT’S HISTORY OF EMPLOYMENT (If applicable)
If applicant is employed or working, make sure you fill this part too
PART C -ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
Please provide more details here to assist this application. This material can consist of accolades received, extracurricular or voluntary activities, and abilities or gifts (additional information may be attached).
PART D- ESSAY
A typed essay explaining “why you should be considered for the scholarship opportunity” will be requested of you. for a maximum of 200 words.
NEEDED SCANNED DOCUMENTS
Please attach scanned copies of the following;
I. Admission letter from the institution of study.
II. Birth Certificate/ Ghana Card/ Passport
III. Applicant’s most current pay slip (if applicable)
IV. SHS/JHS/Vocational/Technical Certificate
V. Any other supporting documents that you believe will assist in the processing of your application.
