For committing damage to school property, more than 40 pupils from Krobea Asante Technical and Vocational School in Asokore, Ashanti Region, have been detained.
On Sunday, January 22, the kids went on a rampage to protest the subpar final exam results of their forebears.
Following the rampage, the school has subsequently been temporarily closed.
The kids stormed into the school’s storerooms, knocked out the electricity, and scattered food.
