Jayman | One of Bantama’s Finest Afro Pop Singer and Songwriter | Set to Release EP on July 15

 

Making waves for the past few weeks now is Jeffrey Osei Assibey, known within the media and entertainment circle as Jayman, is set to release his debut EP on July 15.

This comes as no surprise as the musician has been captivating his fan base with his lyrical tunes, leaving them hungry for more. “The EP is meant to keep my followers entertained for the time being,” he asserts.

The EP is titled ‘Heal My Wounds’ and consists of four songs in total: “Crying More,” “2:30pm,” “Toxic World,” and “Hosanna.” Notably, Jayman features Takoradi-based rapper, Ai Ai Khaptain, on one of the tracks.

In a recent interaction with the musician, he explained that the title ‘Heal My Wounds’ represents the pain and struggles he has endured in life. He hopes that his music will motivate and encourage people to overcome the obstacles and pains they face. 

“The meaning of Heal my wounds explain the pain and struggle Jayman faced in his life process. This is to motivate people and encourage them to fight the  struggles and the pains that have become obstacles in their life process”.

Jayman has already showcased his talent on high-profile shows such as the Yfm Party Celebration Feast 2022 in Kumasi, as well as the Tephlon Bar and Campus Icon events organized at the University of Cape Coast.

Jayman’s upcoming EP is highly anticipated, and it promises to showcase his talent while resonating with listeners through its meaningful and relatable tunes of healing and overcoming obstacles.
