The nation’s capital, Accra, has experienced flooding as a result of the rains on Wednesday.
The six-hour deluge has caused some places, including the Ofankor Barrier, Taifa Junction, Achimota, and others, to be partially inundated.
Salamatu Razak of Original FM News stated that commuters are having trouble navigating the flood waters.
In locations like Taifa, several automobiles have been buried.
The use of only one lane by drivers is due to the entirely flooded side of the road.
Due to the situation’s severe traffic, commuters are being forced to disembark and walk to their respective destinations.
Some commuters have joined hands to make it possible for them to walk across the flood in order to prevent drowning or being swept away by the flood water.
